Pilot is a specialist, independent business offering integrated financial planning and wealth management services to individuals, and employee benefit solutions to companies and other organisations – in particular to schools.
Just as seafaring pilots guide ships through difficult waters, we can help you navigate the complex world of financial services.
Financial advice is often conflated with the sale of financial products, but Pilot offers something genuinely different: a trusted partnership, where your needs are always paramount.
Pilot is a small business and enjoys a close personal relationship with all our clients. To us, you are definitely not just a number!
Despite this, we have a big company mentality when it comes to our internal systems and processes to ensure that we can consistently and reliably meet and exceed your expectations in terms of service.
We are committed to the highest professional standards and provide financial support to all our staff to achieve qualifications well above the minimum regulatory requirements and to develop this knowledge over time.
Pilot is committed to providing a professional service at a reasonable price. We are unlikely to be either the most expensive, or the cheapest, but you can always expect us to offer you excellent value for money.
Following a first consultation, which is offered at our expense, we will agree a fixed rate fee with you for our advice, together with the implementation of any specific recommendations.
Pilot’s approach contrasts with many other financial advisers who charge if you make an investment or purchase a financial product. Only you can judge which fee structure will give you the confidence that you are receiving truly unbiased, professional advice.
If you are interested in becoming a client we would love to hear from you. Please email Ian Thomas at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our office on 01803 864 092.
